社会主義国の高層ビル Communist countries’ high rise buildings
中国で六本木ヒルズ並の建設中の高層ビルや竣工したばかりのビルを見かけます。
ベトナムでもそうだったのですが、そうゆうビルって上層階半分しか電気が付いてなかったり、全部電気付いてても中に人がいないばかりかデスクすらなかったりとお化けビルばっかりのようですが、あれって何のための高層ビルなんでしょうか？社会主義国の伝統か何かですかね？
In China we often see high rise buildings which are being built or have just been built.
Same as in Viet Nam, but such buildings have their lights turned on on half of their upper floors and even though they turn all their lights on, there is no one in there or no desks in there. What are these buildings for? Is that a kind of tradition in communist countries or…?
