田舎者と外国人 Red neck VS foreigners
引越し等イベント事が多くて全然更新してないちゅうちブログです。只今実家へ里帰り。旦那は2日前に中国へ旅立ち別居生活満喫中です。…正直寂しい。
ところで、ウチの親が子供の頃は外国人って本当に珍しかったようです。東京ならまだしも秋田の田舎者にとってはまるで宇宙人みたいな存在だったようです。どれだけ珍しかったかウチの母さんのエピソードを一つ紹介します。
修学旅行で東京に行った時、アメリカ人を見て皆で寄ってたかって写真を一緒に撮り、挙句の果てにはなぜかサインまで！もらったらしい…。訳分かりません。写真を撮るは百歩譲って理解できるけど、サインって…。キアヌ・リーブスでもあるまいし、もらってどぉすんだ？母さんの名前まで書いてもらったらしい。もらったサインの行方が気になります;)
そんな親も今では白人の息子の（義理の）親。旦那の友達らもたまに大人数でウチ泊まりに来るし。「あぁ、サインもらえばよかったな」って、おぃ！
I’m sorry not to edit my blog because we have some events like moving our place and having our friends wedding party. Now I’m in my hometown and my husband has gone to china 2 days ago.
BTW I’ll tell how foreigners were rare when my parents were young. For them foreigners used to be like mars. I’ll introduce one episode about my mother.
When she was a high school student and went to Tokyo for a school trip, she and her friends met a guy from US and gathered him to take photos with him and… asked him to have his autograph!! …It’s beyond my mind. I can understand to take photos with him anyhow but what for did they get his autograph?? He’s not Keanu. And of course he wrote her name as well. I wonder where his autograph is now;)
And now she is a mother-in-law of a Caucasian guy. Sometime his friends visit my family house. After telling about the episode, she said “When Psymeg go back here, I wish to get his autograph!”…:)
